Conor is the Founder, President and CEO of NSS RPO. After four years recruiting at two of the world’s largest staffing agencies, he moved into corporate recruiting, working as a contract recruiter at Northrop Grumman TASC. He was the lead Intel Recruiter at TASC and was successful in implementing the agency approach of speed, quality and delivery into a corporate environment. Conor served as RPO lead on a number of efforts and saw value in the opportunity that recruiting consultants add as they can be scaled up and down on an as needed basis. In 2013, he was named one of the Top 40 under 40 Leaders in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Jessica has served as the COO of NSS RPO since its inception. She is responsible for running the financial and operational arm of the organization. Jessica wears many hats at NSS and her organization and discipline has allowed us to grow leaps and bounds. Prior to joining NSS RPO, she was a software programmer and pharmaceutical sales representative.
As Director of Business Development at NSS RPO, John brings years of experience in recruiting from agency, corporate and contract settings. He first joined NSS RPO in June of 2010 as an onsite contract corporate recruiter after 5 years providing contingent staffing services in both business development and recruiting roles. Based on shared values and ideals concerning the staffing industry as a whole, John decided to rejoin Conor and NSS RPO in 2012 as the Director of Business Development. Having once sat in the same seat as his current candidates, employees and that of his clients, John’s first objective is simple – treat each person with the same honesty and sincerity that he always demanded from others.
John is the Director of Professional Services of NSS RPO. He is responsible to growing NSS RPO’s brand name within our RPO and Corporate clients. John started at TEKsystems learning the ins and outs of IT Recruiting. He then worked for The Goal Inc. for 10 years as an IT Recruiter and Business Development Manager. During his time at The Goal Inc. he helped them become a leader in the IT Consulting and Staffing Industry being an integral part of their growth from a 4 million dollar company to 25 million dollar company.
Priya joined NSS RPO in 2014 as the Engagement Manager after providing recruiting services to another company. Priya provides assistance in various areas of the company to match her diverse experiences to include Product Management and work at a law firm. Priya also manages our social media and tries to put out the best and most current information.
Emma joined NSS RPO in May of 2016 as an Internal Recruiter. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Human Resource Development. She interned with Harris Corporation, working with the HR department following their acquisition of Exelis, Inc.. Emma has a passion for learning and loves the challenge of finding the perfect recruiter for our customers.
Michele joined NSS RPO in early 2011 as a RPO Lead after a successful career partnering with a well-known and up-and-coming defense contractor, where she worked from the ground up to develop not only the recruiting department but Human Resources team as well. Michele’s experience gives her a breadth and depth of experience in all aspects of compliance, policies and procedures, best practices and current industry standards. Earlier in her career, Michele also managed a branch of a staffing firm specializing in temporary and contract-to-hire corporate based positions, where she lead the expansion of both her company’s client and candidate base, transforming her branch into a successful and integral part within the organizational structure.
As a seasoned recruiter, primarily focusing in the defense and intelligence arenas, Joe brings over seven years of recruiting experience to the NSS RPO team. Joe joined NSS RPO as a RPO Lead in 2011 after providing staffing services at both the agency and corporate level to a variety of clients. With a skill set specializing in a wide range of defense/intelligence and corporate roles, Joe possesses a unique recruiting skillset, giving him the ability to work across a wide variety of clients.
