This is for a newly awarded 5 year NAVY contract! Active Secret is required.
About the Position:
- Length of contract- 5 years
- Funded, awarded, just kicked off a couple of weeks ago
- Clearance Requirement- Secret (must be active from day 1, cannot support a clearance higher than a Secret)
- Contract Initiative: New ship building/construction for the Saudi Arabian Government
- Contract Name: PMS 525
- Location: At a commercial location off of M street South East in DC near the baseball stadium
MPT Analyst Description/Duties:
* 5+ years professional experience in training Front End Analysis (FEA) and experience designing and implementing training programs for surface combatant sailors in the operation and maintenance of ships and shipboard systems to include tactical trainers and crew familiarization
* Experience developing training IAW with NAVEDTRA 136, Integrated Learning Environment Course Development and Life-Cycle Maintenance method
* Experience in adapting curriculum and development of training programs for English as a Second Language (ESL) for foreign naval students
* Experience with Instructional Design, Adult Learning theory Application, e-Learning and Instructor Led Training
* Active Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree (can consider additional experience in lieu of a degree)
Nice to Have but NOT REQUIRED:
* Naval ship construction and Pre-Commissioning Unit training and crew familiarization experience
* Experience with US Navy Foreign Military Sales training programs
