The Corporate Contracts department is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Subcontracts Administrator who is committed to excellence and continuous improvement.

What you will do as a Senior Subcontracts Administrator:
· Meet with Program Managers at the beginning of a new project, to discuss subcontracting requirements and answer any questions concerning the required subcontract type (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.), and required backup documents to initiate and execute a subcontract.
· Negotiate the terms and conditions with vendors
· Create the subcontract document
· Create and maintain official subcontract files with all required backup documentation
· Create and maintain all subcontract document templates, representative and certification templates
· Prepare training materials and provide training to the PM’s and Division Administrators on subcontract requirements as needed
· Provide support and/or requests for information to co-workers, subcontractors, and auditors
· Stay up to date on subcontracts standards, legislation, plans and policies
· Prepare and support any additional subcontract negotiations required by mods, etc.
· Ensure that the subcontract is consistent with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations
· Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination
· Build positive relationships with subcontractors by maintaining excellent internal and external customer service standards
· Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
Senior Subcontracts Administrator Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
· 5 – 7 years of related experience (government subcontract and analysis)
· Demonstrated knowledge/experience in FAR/DFAR requirements
· Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and development of contracts
· Ability to create and edit files in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Excel to create and edit documents
· Demonstrated understanding and successful application of principles, theories, concepts and techniques in the preparation of competitive and non-competitive subcontracts, negotiation of cost/price and terms and conditions, post-award subcontract management and closeout activities
Senior Subcontracts Administrator Preferences:
· Advanced SharePoint experience
· Experience using Deltek and/or CostPoint
